Privacy Notice

Who this notice covers

This notice explains how Regulenza handles personal information submitted through this website, including demo requests. Regulenza acts as the controller for this information.

Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, work email address, job title, organisation, jurisdiction, product interests, objectives and preferred demonstration time. The hosting platform may also process limited technical request data, such as an IP address, user agent, timestamps and security logs, to deliver and protect the site.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, tailor a demonstration, arrange a meeting, protect the form from misuse and maintain an appropriate business record. We do not publish your details or sell them to third parties.

Hosting and data location

The Regulenza production application is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the UK South region. This marketing website is delivered through managed web-hosting infrastructure. Demo-request details are stored by the website service and sent through our configured email-delivery provider to the Regulenza support team. Customer deployment, residency and contractual requirements are confirmed during procurement and may differ from this marketing-site arrangement.

Lawful basis and sharing

We process enquiry information with your consent and, where applicable, for our legitimate interest in responding to prospective customers. Information is shared only with service providers needed to host and secure the website, store the request and deliver notifications, subject to appropriate contractual and security safeguards.

International transfers

Some service providers may process technical or enquiry information outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, Regulenza requires an appropriate transfer mechanism and safeguards under applicable data-protection law. Prospective customers may request further information during due diligence.

Cookies and analytics

This marketing website does not currently use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. Only storage or cookies that are strictly necessary for hosting, security or access control may be used. See the Cookie Notice for current details.

Retention

Unsuccessful or inactive enquiries are normally deleted or anonymised within 24 months, unless a longer period is required by law or a continuing business relationship. You may ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your information, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Contacting us

To exercise a privacy right, use the demo request form and describe your privacy request in the objectives field. This avoids publishing an address that automated crawlers could harvest.
