Talk to us →Regulenza is designed for asset managers, hedge funds, private markets firms and other regulated organisations that need more connected, defensible compliance operations.
Regulenza keeps each framework’s requirements distinct while reusing common services, dependencies, risks, controls, suppliers, incidents, tests and evidence. This reduces duplicate work without losing framework-specific context.
Yes. Firms can start with the most urgent use case—such as personal account dealing or AI governance—and extend onto the same platform over time.
Regulenza provides configurable workflows, mappings and evidence management that can support a firm’s DORA, NIS2, ISO 22301 and UK/EU AI-governance programmes. It does not by itself certify compliance or replace legal, regulatory or conformity-assessment advice; applicability and implementation remain the customer’s responsibility.
Regulenza supports configurable integrations with identity services, email, collaboration tools, data sources and broker-provided manual, API or SFTP feeds. Broker availability depends on the broker’s specifications, credentials and access, followed by customer-specific configuration and testing; no universal or certified broker format is claimed.
Timing depends on scope, integrations and data readiness. A focused first module can be planned to deliver useful outcomes before a broader transformation programme.
Tell us where the pressure is greatest. We’ll show you how Regulenza can simplify the work, strengthen oversight and make evidence effortless.
